After his boss was brutally murdered, a masochistic gangster (Asano) embarks on a blood hunt for a mysterious killer known only as "Ichi". After sifting through piles of mutilated bodies, the trail ends on a tormented youngster whose shy demeanor hides a disturbed passion.
